About

Our very own in-house studio is available for hire 7 days a week from 9am-8pm.
The full studio measures 18m x 5m so will comfortably accommodate groups up to 25 people or an exercise class of 12-15.
Under current COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, the studio can accommodate a maximum of 12 students for mat based classes and 10 students for more active/movement classes, plus the class instructor.


Studio Hire Charges
  • Full Studio: £12/hr + vat
    Half Day (9-1 or 2-6) £40 + vat
    Full Day (9-5) £60 + vat

  • Half Studio: £10/hr + vat
    Half/ Full day hire- by arrangement only


Included in Hire Charges
  • Use of kitchen facilities (full studio hire only)
  • Power point for laptop/devices
  • A-V facilities
  • Whiteboards, Flip Charts & Pens
  • Free Internet Access

KETTLERCISE - One kettlebell, One goal: Get toned
What is it? For anyone that has a kettlebell being used as a doorstop or just gathering dust, get it out and come and take part in a Kettlercise class. This is a licensed class with lots of routines. Learn correct techniques, lots of exercises and blast fat! Experience required: None.
Equipment required: Own mat, own kettlebell (email Chris at Adapting Fitness for advice on what size is suitable for you), drink to rehydrate

CIRCUITS - Covid friendly, everyone stays on their own mat!
What is it? A fun circuit class using bodyweight and cardio exercises - it’s mostly 80’s music too! Experience required: None. Exercises can be modified to make them harder or easier as required. Equipment required: Mat, small towel, drink to rehydrate.

HARD CORE LEAN
What is it? A HIIT class using your own bodyweight to help you tone up whilst improving your cardio. This is a licensed class with lots of routines. Experience required: None. Exercises can be modified to make them harder or easier as required. Equipment required: Mat/ small towel, drink to rehydrate

STRETCH4MOBILITY
What is it? Stretch4Mobility is all about improving mobility; particularly in hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders with relaxed passive poses held for 2 - 5 minutes. Experience required: None. Suitable for all levels, exercises can be modified to make them harder or easier as required. Equipment required: Yoga mat, small towel, drink to rehydrate. Practice is usually barefoot or in socks, not trainers.

VINYASA YOGA
What is it? A more flowing style of yoga, where the postures are held for a relatively short time before moving onto the next.
Experience required: Some previous yoga experience is recommended, but exercises can be modified to make them harder or easier as required. Equipment required: Yoga mat, small towel, drink to rehydrate. Practice is usually barefoot or in socks, not trainers.

HATHA YOGA
What is it? Arguably the most popular and familiar style of yoga practiced in the West, Hatha Yoga traditionally combines the body, mind and breath moving through a variety of poses (Asanas) which are usually held for a time. Hatha Yoga classes can also incorporate elements of breath practice (pranayama) and meditation/mindfulness.
